Ingredients:
softened butter (I used it melted)
soup 4 tbsp flour wheat
Zest of one lemon ¼
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients to form a smooth paste.
In a frying pan (Teflon) add a little butter and fry the progressively thinner cakes, turn them over and sew the other side.
Once chips are placed on a plate sprinkled with sugar, cover with filling and wrapping. Cut on the bias and serve in dessert bowls.
