Vermicelli with Sauce Smoked Sausage Sandwich Club




I have These vermicelli served with a sauce of smoked sausage, perhaps the recipe as is familiar in many homes is made with frequency. The original dish I've added some personal touches and change some part of its composition with the sole intention of making it more appealing to my diners. Here is my version of it and I hope you enjoy it as much as me.

Ingredients:

250 grs Vermicelli cooked al dente
2 smoked sausages (English) peeled and chopped
¼ cup tomato sauce
broth ¼ cup Chicken / Vegetable
1 / 2 small onion brunoise
2 cloves garlic brunoise
minced fresh parsley
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper

Preparation:

In a drizzle of olive oil fry the pieces of smoked sausage. Add the onion and garlic and saute until transparent, then add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook a few minutes until the sauce acquires consistency, put on the cooked vermicelli and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
