Inventions In Biology




Breakfast:
-1 cup of Cheerios cereal. -1 Cup skim milk

-3 / 4 cup blueberries

Midmorning:
-bits of coconut, pineapple and jicama with chile and lemon

Food:
-Nopales con chile-chicken breast

roasted -1 / 2 cup beans, lettuce
(not shown in the photo, the service me later) corn tortillas

-2 -5 prunes

Mid-afternoon: -3
dried apricots, pineapple

Dinner:
-natural nonfat yogurt -1 cup of papaya

-30 grams pistachios, peanuts. -4
dried apple dried apricot.
