Lunch (buffet restaurant food in china):
-chicken soup with vegetables. (Cauliflower, broccoli, chicken, onion, carrots, broth)
-almond chicken stew (chicken with vegetables)
-stew of beef with broccoli. (Beef, broccoli, cauliflower, onions)
-natural water.
Mid-afternoon:
-1 nonfat yogurt for drinking and 12 almonds.
Dinner:
-cottage cheese with fruit. (1 cup cottage cheese, 1 pear, 1 / 2 cup of dried fruit, 1 tablespoon peanuts, pistachios 1 tablespoon)
