Restaurant Dishwashing Tips



Breakfast: Sandwich with chile-
tatemado. (2 slices bread, 2 tablespoons cooked beans, 1 tatemado chile, hot sauce, 30 gr low fat fresh cheese)
orange-Water c / splenda.

Midmorning:
-natural nonfat yogurt with 3 prunes and 1 tablespoon of pistachios.

Food:
-steak grilled fish.
-broth with cilantro.
-cabbage soup.
-Lechuga
-1 cup cantaloupe.

Mid-afternoon: -1
drinking low-fat yogurt and 5 prunes.

Dinner:
-yogurt with fruit. (1 cup nonfat yogurt, 1 apple, 5 apricots dried apple, 1 tablespoon of blueberries, 1 tablespoon wheat bran, 2 tablespoons of amaranth)
