-1 nonfat yogurt for drinking and 12 almonds.
Food:
-chicken broth. (Chicken broth, shredded chicken breast, lemon, tomato)
-seed salad. (Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, pistachios 1 tbsp) green apple

-1 cup cottage cheese -1 cup of papaya
-6 strawberry-cinnamon
