Lettuce and regenerates purifies the blood, is a diuretic, cleanses the intestines, help to combat heartburn, soothing to the nerves. Contains vitamin A, B and C.
Carrot is rich in minerals and vitamins A, B and C. Useful in cases of bronchitis, purifies the skin.
Purple Cabbage is an excellent antioxidant, rich in sulfur compounds, vitamin C and fiber (cellulose), in addition to have protective properties against cancer.
