Warrior Boot Camp Cost



Breakfast: -2
cookies without sugar. (Made with oatmeal and cocoa, will share the recipe soon)
-1 / 2 cup cottage cheese. -6

strawberries -1 cup of coffee with skim milk and Splenda.

Midmorning: -1
drinking low-fat yogurt, 3 nuts and 10 raisins.

Lunch: Chicken
-chipotle sauce. (Grilled chicken breast with chipotle cream, evaporated milk, light, 2 chipotles, salt and garlic powder)
-Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot) -1
pear

Mid-afternoon:
drinking low-fat yogurt -1

Dinner:
-3 / 4 cup wheat bran cereal.
-1 tablespoon dried cranberries nuts

-4 -1 cup of skim milk
