-1 tablespoon sugar free jam.
Midmorning:
-fat yogurt with 1 tablespoon of raisins and bran. 15 grams of peanuts.
Food:
-salad with salmon. (Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grilled salmon, flaked, peanuts, pistachios, spicy sauce) -1

Dinner ( Restaurant):
-Filet mignon with mushroom sauce. (beef, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onions, mashed potatoes, is half the picture and it seems strange little but not if it was served)
