-Raspberry Smoothie. (1 / 2 cup skim milk, water , splenda, 1 / 2 cup raspberries, ice)

Food:
-grilled fish on a bed of spinach. (Spinach, filet of fish, 30 grams of peanuts, pistachios, cranberries)
