This is a creamy and very tasty
INGREDIENTS:
3 egg yolks 2 tablespoons sugar
1 / 2 cup whipping cream
1 / 2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature (180g)
1 / 4 cup . sugar glass
PREPARATION:
Whisk yolks and sugar until they make a bit of foam.
In a saucepan add the whipped cream, milk and vanilla place over low heat. At the first boil remove from heat and add the egg yolks, stirring constantly. Put the mixture over low heat, and stir constantly with a wooden spoon. When the mixture has a consistency that cover the wooden spoon remove fire. (VERY CAREFUL NOT MIX SUPERHEATED BUDS OR SHALL Kurds) Continue moving the mixture to cool until at room temperature. Place the butter and sugar glass in a blender and acreme . Slowly add the cream mixture and beat until light and creamy consistency. Makes approximately two cups.
